April is our favorite time of year as we make our yearly trip up to Maggie Valley, Nc. The weekend before the event, mini truckers descended upon the valley to get in as much cruising as they can all week. There is just something about a show and cruising the main drag through the mountains of North Carolina. Things kicked off for us Thursday when we got into town and watched everyone start to roll in to town. Friday when the gates opened, the fun really began. Over 750 cars and trucks made up the show field while even more were in and around town on display. Every year this show brings back memories of the Pigeon Forge days when trucks lined the streets. As always, we look forward to this show every year and already have the countdown going until next year’s event. But you can find us in the valley again soon for Showdown in the Valley, and for Jason Bell’s new show, All Truck Nationals in October.
